My shingles began failing in year two, and dealing with the manufacturer (IKO) was extremely frustrating — they refused to speak with me directly. Scissortail Roofing immediately stepped in and took over the communication and warranty process. They have consistently advocated for me, pushed for answers, and made sure I wasn’t left dealing with this alone.The ongoing shingle issues are not the roofer’s fault, and I’m grateful for how seriously they’ve taken my situation.
