I was hit by that catastrophic hail storm in Norman in April 21’ and he was down in a matter of a week or two after I contacted him to get the ball rolling. Naturally, due to the scope of the damage the town sustained it took a while to get supplies in, however, he kept me updated each step of the way. When it comes down to the work, all of the contractors were friendly and professional. They cleaned up completely after each day and were quick and thorough. Lifestyle went "the extra mile" to simplify the process with insurance, including assistance with the initial phone claim, meeting the examiner on-site and providing required documentation and clarifications. In my view, it would have otherwise been a complex and tedious exercise to satisfy alone. They also briefed and facilitated an available manufacturer discount.
