“My name is Dewey and after the last hail storm came through a few weeks ago Hiner got to work with my Insurance right away. My roof only being 11 years old perhaps helped so that my insurance did not deduct a lot for over-the-years wear and tear. Either way Hiner agressively coordinated so that my entire roof was paid for and so that my deductible was dramatically reduced. And when I say dramatically, I mean dramatically, folks. Initially I was anxious because significant tree limbs were going to have to be trimmed back so as to install the new roof. I figured that those were not Hiner's responsibility. But not only did Hiner eliminate those branches, once they finished with my home they left nothing behind including the branches. It was a clean sweep of the property which gave me very helpful peace of mind. In addition, all throughout the process Hiner's staff treated my home as though it was their own. I cannot thank Hiner's staff enough for stepping up to the plate and resting me assured that all was taken care of.”
