A recurring leak near my ceiling corner had been patched twice before without success. They finally traced it to improper flashing under an older repair layer. Instead of sealing over it again, they removed everything and rebuilt that section properly. It took most of the day, but the difference is clear. I did have to wait longer than expected for scheduling, but since the fix, even heavy rain hasn’t caused any damp spots or stains to return inside.
Jones Roofing & Construction is reliable, dependable, knowledgeable and very cost efficient. Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable and reliable. Tiffiney was absolutely amazing and she handled all of the insurance and was extremely knowledgeable of how the insurance process worked and she walked me through the entire process.
