“I was doing some DIY plumbing repairs and brought in a cartridge from my shower that needed replacing. I talked to an employee behind the counter and he was able to take me straight to the part. He also mentioned that with my problem, it’s typically the seats and springs that are the cause, which were just a couple dollars extra, so I picked those up, too. Turns out the seats and springs replacement alone fixed it, and it only cost me $4 in parts, after I went back to return the cartridge. He didn’t have to give me the extra advice, but I’m sure glad he did. I highly recommend this place.”
