Our air conditioner went out on Labor Day weekend - how convenient, right?!?! After a quick Google search I called Above + Beyond just to see if someone would answer; and they did! So that was the first miracle. After an inspection we decided to replace the old AC with a new heat pump. We had the added stress of leaving town, so Above + Beyond went the extra mile for us by making a special trip to get the new unit and install it before we left. And the installation was immaculate to boot! Suffice it to say I could not be more impressed with this company and will use them for all of our future heating, cooling and electrical needs!
Had A&B come out for a tune up and found out I needed a new AC unit. Jared P walked me through everything he found in detail and provided multiple quotes for a new unit. I double checked the quotes with friends in the HVAC business and they said the prices were very reasonable! After I choose my new unit, a part was delivered to A&B broken. They called me right away to say they had to order a new part and came out to add more coolant in my old system for FREE to make sure I'd still have AC until they could get the part in. This is the second time I used Above +Beyond. First was a complete electrical panel swap-out and now, with winter around the corner, I took advantage of their special rate for HVAC system tune-up. Both Dariana, on the phone for customer service, and Bill, for on-site work, were very professional and knowledgeable. We haven't had a drop of rain in over a month, but the day Bill was cleaning the outside condenser it decided to hit; he just stayed outside and completed his task soaking wet. I couldn't ask for a better team. We will be adding a stand alone shop and whole house extension in the next 2 years. They will be our go to company for all utilities work. Highly recommend!
