Mike Hledik was the project manager on our total roof replacement and it was a complete joy to work with him. He always answered his phone or promptly returned our call if he was not able to answer when we called. We could also rely on him to be on time every time he came by. All the work was completed in one day and Mike came by the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the results (which we were) and to inspect it himself. He also provided a great deal of assistance in dealing with our insurance company including providing the information we needed to see if we could reduce our premium based on the Class 3 shingles we chose. We would absolutely recommend McCann Roofing and Construction to anyone contemplating a roof replacement.“

They custom built our home during Covid and I waited to give a review because I wanted to see if they stood behind their Builder Home Warranty, and they did. The communication was great. The timeline was met. The overall build turned out amazing. We had our plans drawn up for a few years but could not find the right builder....I am a Realtor so I get the bonus of walking through homes every day and seeing the difference in quality between each builder was such a crucial part of our decision. One day I walked into a Manchester home that had a very similar layout to our plans we had drawn up and I couldn't believe it...it had everything we wanted....we were adamant on having a 3000+ sq ft home all on 1 level. Most builders tried to push us to do a 2 story but that's not what we wanted. When I made the call to Manchester homes, they never once tried to push us on to something else...The Owner said he could build anything we put on paper and he did just that :0) He took the time to speak with me over the course of a year before we signed with him....and that says alot about Larry. He cares. Not only did he take my phone calls for 2yrs years (from start to finish) but he was always so kind.
