We recently had water damage to a room in our house, and our insurance agent referred us to ServiceMaster for clean up. Within minutes, we received a call from ServiceMaster rep, who connected us to the technician. Pablo Rabasa, field supervisor, arrived within an hour on Sunday evening. Pablo Rabasa was extremely informative and professional. Pablo kept us informed on repair next steps knowing we had questions about the process. More than anything, Pablo was just a great guy! He was experienced, funny, and kind. We highly recommend ServiceMaster based our excellent experience with Pablo!
Hard to think that mold remediation would be a 5 star review, but the work that Pablo Rabasa & his team did for us was awesome! Pablo communicated very well thru out the process & even gave us a great referral to repair the wall after the remediation. Looking at it now, you'd never know there was mold! Thanks, Pablo!
