My husband designed our lovely home and we built it in 1999. Southwest Builders constructed the original solarium. 27 years later, they have replaced all of the glass due to failure from hail storms. The original solarium and glass manufacturers are out of business, but David at Southwest Builders found the original file and ordered the laminated glass replacement from a different source. The weather cleared up to let his fabulous crew come do the change out. Boyd and Bill and Scott are fantastic gentlemen and even better skilled workmen. They did whatever it took to get this done. they had to reuse parts that were clearly meant to be replaced. I was a general contractor...read full review
What an awesome experience I had with Southwest Builders. David’s team install the most beautiful patio cover I have ever seen. It’s so sturdy and spacious. The cover is connected to the house with guttering at the end for runoff. Oh… and because of the installated top, it muffled the sound while they were installing. It was amazing experience. I highly recommend Southwest Builder
