They came when they said they would. They were wonderful. Told me what the costs will be before fixing. They told me what they would be doing also. They have gone above and beyond to get my problems fixed. They cleaned up and made sure that everything was working perfectly. Zach has always done a great job.
I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. A friend recommended Plumbtastic Solutions. I left a message and they called back immediately. We made an appointment and they came out when scheduled and did an excellent job installing the new faucet at a reasonable price. Laura and Zach know their business and are very nice people. I had a plumber come out 3 years ago to replace my outside leaking faucet. It worked fine for 2 years before starting to leak. The same company sent someone else out, who messed with it and was able to get it to stop leaking. He said that if it leaked again, they were going to have to do the work from the inside, meaning, cutting out the drywall that I would have to repair.
