Simple process. Brian did a great job installing our shades!! Every day we sit on our patio, we love having made the decision to have the automated shades; it has made it much more tolerable when outside battling heat and wind. Joe and Jalen were fantastic. They were very professional in all aspects. Came when they said they were coming and did a great job taking down a torn screen and installing a new one. Cleaned everything up before they left and were very easy to work with. We highly recommend them.
