I recently purchased an above ground storm shelter from EF5 Storm Shelter in OKC,OK. The representative came to my house the same day that I called and accessed the size and placement in my garage. Originally, I thought it would take a week or more before it was installed. To my surprise and joy, they installed it the same day!!!!! The man who installed it, Rory, could not have been more professional, kind and courteous. I highly recommend this company!!! If I could give it more stars, I would. I now have peace of mind, knowing I have a safe place to go when a tornado hits. Living in Oklahoma, it’s not a matter of “if” a tornado hits, it’s a matter of “when.”… read full review
EF5 installed my son's storm cellar and provided a safe place for their family in the event of a storm. No complaints except a better backup for communication during emergencies when business is not operating as usual. They fulfilled their duties and we truly appreciate their business and the product they delivered. Thank you EF5!
They worked with us. We had an apt set for a shelter but a plumbing emergency happened so we ended having to reschedule and they completely understood. They came out and installed our shelter. Didn’t take long explained it to us. And now we feel safe for when the next big storm comes. We thank you bunches. Very professional and knowledgeable. 10 ⭐️
