EF5 installed my son's storm cellar and provided a safe place for their family in the event of a storm. No complaints except a better backup for communication during emergencies when business is not operating as usual. They worked with us. We had an apt set for a shelter but a plumbing emergency happened so we ended having to reschedule and they completely understood. They came out and installed our shelter. I talked to EF5 about getting a shelter. We’ve had 4 tornados so far this year within a few miles of our home. EF5 had a 4x6 above ground built and ready to deliver. The guys delivered the next week and installed the shelter in my garage. Great communication and very informative through the process. Most places are months out for a shelter install. EF5 got me hooked up and ready in less than a week. Great guys and awesome company. Would highly recommend using them. Thanks again!
