“About 5 years ago we bought a new heating/cooling system from Jim at Bear Heating. Great install and all. In the years we have had 2 or 3 issues that needed service and both times they had a tech here quickly. Both Techs, Cameron and now twice Greg were as pleasant and as professional as one could ask for. They asked about the issue and explained what they were doing to fix.
