“Great experience! Micola did my eye pressure test and all that, she was very friendly and clearly knew what she was doing. She made me feel so comfortable the second I walked in. I am difficult due to double vision and visual snow that many optometrists have been less than happy about, as well as my autism makes it harder to understand direction, but Dr Clark was patient and very enthusiastic-- you could really tell she was into the science of it all which I love seeing from any doctor. She did extensive testing and made sure I knew I could come back to her if any of the prescriptions don't work. At the end, Jenn helped me pick out my glasses. I had to take mine off to try them on and didn't bring anyone with me to help. She was very guiding and made sure I knew she'd be honest, which I really appreciate. I love the glasses she picked out for me!”

He is very well versed in my dry eye condition, takes his time with me and answers any questions I have.<br>His Optician, Steve, is absolutely the best, from helping to pick out frames to making sure the glasses are a great fit.<br>The office is not convenient for me but it is well worth the drive to see Dr. Winterbottom and his staff.”

“Dr. Snyder is amazing! I called at 3:00 with what I thought was something in my eye. They were filled for the day but squeezed me in. Turns out I had a scratched cornea. He was so friendly and joking and just made you feel at home. He even gave me his personal phone number so I could check in over the weekend about my situation. “I see Dr. Julie Evans at the Blueash office. She is absolutely the best, no questions about it.<br><br>I have struggled for years with migraine headaches and a weird heartbeat sound in my left ear. My regular doctors chalked it up to a migraine disorder and dismissed the heartbeat sound. They just prescribed medications which I hate taking.<br><br>When I saw Dr. Evans for the first time, she suggested testing for a disorder she suspected. After completing that testing, she was correct in her diagnosis. I have a rare disorder of the brain called Intercranial Hypertension or IIH. This can cause the optic nerve to swell and cause blindness in some cases, due to increased CSF pressure on the brain. She allowed me to finally have an answer to my severe migraines and why I hear the turbulent blood flow in my left ear. She got down to the root of the cause. I will forever be grateful for her truly listening to me and not just writing me off. She is so very thorough and I can't recommend her enough!”
