I called to make an emergency appt because I really damaged some blood vessels in my eye. Vanessa was great on the phone, took my info and called me back in 5 minutes with an appointment scheduled… then I went to the wrong location. I arrived 20 minutes late to the appt Vanessa made for me and the counter staff (Elizabeth and Jayla) were very courteous, they helped me with my insurance and weren’t at all annoyed that I was so late! Dr. Zemel took her time examining my eye, answering all my questions and making me feel better about the situation I found myself in. Came in today for a contact Lenses class to help me take them out and put them in I had Steven he was really good and very patient with me even when I had Trouble he had asked Diana the general manger to help me get it out the sliding technique is better to get percsion 1 lens out but anyway shout if to Steven and Diana very happy with my contact lenses as a beginner
I received a notification that I had an insurance allowance. I Went to the Kenwood location. and was promptly greeted by Jayla. In less than 20 minutes my prescription sunglass purchase was complete. Jayla was friendly, polite and professional. Excellent service from MyEye Doctor. Thank You
