We were in the West Chester area for sports and my daughter realized she forgot her contacts back in Indy. Will at Eye Care One helped me coordinate getting her Rx sent to them and made sure we got trials of her prescription! They went way above and beyond to help a teenager out! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

First time patient and the experience was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Exam by Dr. Crawford was very thorough. Would certainly recommend to anyone in need of an eye exam, new glasses, etc.

Overall, I would recommend the practice. Appointment scheduling was very good and they understood my situation. The exam seemed a bit rushed and I would have liked a little more time to make sure my vision was corrected to close to 20/20 as possible. I did not receive a call that my glasses were ready and when I called on the 10 business day, they told me they were in. I would also recommend a way for patients to check their glasses with an eye chart at the time of pick up. I didn't ask so maybe they would have done it if I would have asked but I think it would be a nice touch.
