Reviews
My Optometrist , Dr. Chang was amazing! I love the care and thoroughness he provides. For him, 5 stars but because of my other issue-3 stars. the lady that measured my eyes for my new glasses told me the ones I got last year (different location) had the wrong measurements I’m so angry because I’ve been trying for an entire year to find”the sweet spot” with my no line bifocals. Now it makes sense. I think you all need to fix them even after the year because I did go back in to say I was struggling with them and the guy (Steve) told me it just takes time-we’ll it’s been a year and your coworker called it out and put the pieces of the puzzle together. They were measured incorrectly!
I went in to get my vision checked and get my prescription. Dr. Winterbottom was very professional and had an amazing interaction. He performed my vision exam and provided a thorough review, answered all questions and was very courteous. Shelby assisted me with picking up my frame, and she was very helpful in deciding my options. She was patient while I took the time to decide on my frames and there was no upsell. The prices felt very reasonable. I ended up getting a second pair of glasses for comouter vision that were offered at 50% off. I highly recommend choosing Clarkson Eyecare at off the Union Center Blvd location in West Chester.
