Fantastic crew at this location. Very easy to chat and make conversation with. Dr. Micheal was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything in a forward, respectful, and understandable way. Ciara helped me pick out a pair of frames and handled everything very professionally. She offered different options to get the lowest price, explained all billing and processes in exquisite detail and was very friendly.

They were able to squeeze us in after I messed up on booking our appointment online. Which was good because my son ended up needing glasses! Everyone was really helpful and kind. Thanks for your help Alexis!

Ciara A. was incredibly helpful in assisting my husband and I with choosing our first set(s) of glasses via his new VSP insurance. There was a slight snafu with determining our plan coverage, but Ciara was key in helping to clear up the issue. She was understanding, knowledgeable and patient as we asked lots of questions, considered our many options, and tried on a bunch of frames in the 60-90 minutes before closing on a Saturday. (She even tried to help my finicky husband find a suitable pair of stylish frames for what was basically his first ever pair of prescription eyeglasses!)
