Went to My Eye Dr for my annual exam and glasses. Dr. Bloor was nice and personable. Everyone was friendly. Kayla B was an absolute sweetheart! She picked many pairs for me that looked OK but we both agreed the first pair looked best. She was super friendly and very professional. I recommend she get a huge raise or bonus!
I have been coming to Newport location for about 3-5 years, also my children’s today me and my son had our yearly appointment and I never had Dr bloor, well today we had him for the first time. And the service was amazing, how he is we kids as well is outstanding. I see why he travels from office to office. Say can’t keep that good customer service in one place. I always have a good experience with all the ladies up front don’t know all their to my sales rep Kayla. I will always come there because how we are treated
