He mentioned that my water heater was a fairly old model, and I asked him some questions about lifespan and potential issues that could arise. Turns out my water heater was well over 20 years old, and was very likely nearing the end of its life. At the end of the tuneup appointment, Jeff provided several estimates for different replacement models. I ended up selecting one of the models and he happened to be the technician who installed the new unit. “I can't say enough good things about Campbell Plumbing. I had a decent steady flow of water leaking on a shut off valve on a Friday.I called Campbell's 3 pm Fri and they came out, tightened a bolt on the valve, sprayed the bolt and said they can come back and replace the valve another time. Pat prepped my outdoor spigots for winter.A little background: another plumbing co apparently sent a novice who didn't know to tighten the bolt. He left the leak he started, and was not coming back until Wednesday of next week to repair the valve. They were charging 350.Campbell wants to replace the valve for far less and just made sure the leak was fixed for me today. Campbell did not charge me for tightening the bolt but they hope to gain my business. Campbell has gained a customer for life. I will refer everyone I can to them.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.“
