“Thrifty Plumbing company responded to my inquiry within ten minutes. I sent him pictures of the problem I was facing trying to install a toilet, replacing the one in the house which was there since 1961. He was immediately able to ascertain the problem and what was needed to repair it. I also had Jacks Plumbing which I have used in the past come and give me an estimate which exceeded Thrifty Plumbing Company by almost twice the amount. In addition, Jack's Plumbing never came in the window of time they quoted, nor did they bother to telephone me as a common courtesy - I had to call them. Thrifty Plumbing Company came within an hour and installed the flanges and toilet. He was personable and knowledgeable. He will now be the person I call for all plumbing needs.
