“Thrifty Plumbing company responded to my inquiry within ten minutes. I sent him pictures of the problem I was facing trying to install a toilet, replacing the one in the house which was there since 1961. He was immediately able to ascertain the problem and what was needed to repair it. I also had Jacks Plumbing which I have used in the past come and give me an estimate which exceeded Thrifty Plumbing Company by almost twice the amount. In addition, Jack's Plumbing never came in the window of time they quoted, nor did they bother to telephone me as a common courtesy - I had to call them. Thrifty Plumbing Company came within an hour and installed the flanges and toilet. He was personable and knowledgeable. He will now be the person I call for all plumbing needs. “How are people not reviewing this amazing company? They are so backed up with work, they were unable to show up for 4 weeks for our condo association, but that was OKAY! Two reps came out and assessed all chimneys, inside and out, and gave us a quote right away for each unit. The representatives were polite, knowledgable, respectful, and honest. We work with contractors on at least a daily basis, work closely with the city building department in order to abide by our state building codes. These guys do the same and follow code to the letter. When it comes to fireplaces, you do not mess around. This is our chimney company. They cost a bit more, you might wait awhile for them to get to you, but once they do, be prepared to be impressed.
