I would highly recommend Adelio’s for your waterproofing needs. Diego and his team of David and Matt did an outstanding job. The work was superb with waterproofing the back of our basement, clearing the pipes, and installing new drain tile. They did additional work for us to remove our concrete patio. A lot of work with fantastic collaboration along the way. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything to make it look like they were never there.
We had a great experience with Adelio’s. They were courteous, worked quickly and the cost was reasonable. We would use them again if we needed to! They cleaned up the yard so well. One of my concerns was that our lawn would be ruined and that was not the case. They did external waterproofing for 1/4 of our house and the cost was only $8000 which is what we expected to pay.
Adelio's did waterproofing on our basement, including replacing drain tiles, plus replaced the pipe from our driveway catch basin.
The company gave us options for the project, but didn't try to oversell us. We spent about what we would have for an inside water diversion project, but got a much better solution.
The crew was fast, polite, professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were finished. The results look so much better - the gravel along the walls will help drainage, but it also looks nice. We did have the option to have it cemented over but opted not to.
All in all, this was a positive experience. We highly recommend Adelio's
