I had Richards Plumbing at my mother’s house twice. Once to snake the bathtub drain and another time to put in a new kitchen faucet. Both times I had excellent service. The guys were great to work with. They cleaned up all areas where they worked. Would definitely call them again.

Scott and Nick did a great job. I had an issue with my hot water tank and they came to my home quickly and diagnosed the issue, cleaned out everything and got my tank running again, and at a reasonable rate. Definitely going to call them next plumbing issue.

After being told we needed to have our Company's sewer line lined or replaced (a 5-figure quote) by another plumbing company, we called Richards for a second opinion. They used a camera to examine our pipes and assured us everything was in great condition and that the other company was wrong about our pipe being cracked / in poor condition. Scott and Nick were friendly, answered all our questions and even showed us in real time how good our sewer looked. They have locked-in a loyal customer!
