Couldn’t find where the water was draining out of my downspouts. All had been buried by landscaping. Allen came out with a camera and found all of them. Cleaned away the landscaping and now hopefully my gutters will no longer overflow. Thank you Allen for doing such a great job

Don't recall name of receptionist who set up appointment. Great customer service!! She was pleasant and set up an appointment for next day with Dennis. Dennis did a great job and my mom and sister had hot water within the hour.
