In the past few weeks we’ve visited multiple times - once for myself to treat back pain, once for my husband who had an ear infection and once for my daughter who tested positive with the flu A. “I can’t speak for anyone’s experience with the center or dealing with insurance after the fact, but I’ve had two visits for a child to get stitches, and another visit today for urgent care with strep throat and every time it’s been great.

Aside from wait times, which can be a lot during peak hours, this place has been fantastic and nobody works with kids better than NCH. Would recommend to anyone in the area.“
