And thier customer service is also terrible.
They tell you to send the email under your review, but that is fake as I send emails and never get response.
I can’t speak for anyone’s experience with the center or dealing with insurance after the fact, but I’ve had two visits for a child to get stitches, and another visit today for urgent care with strep throat and every time it’s been great.
Aside from wait times, which can be a lot during peak hours, this place has been fantastic and nobody works with kids better than NCH. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
With a teenager with complex medical issues, I don't right taking him anywhere else. However the customer care by the security officer was AWFUL! If it wasn't for the nursing care staff I would honesty give this place a much lower rating.
