OhioHealth Urgent Care Grandview provides trusted, timely care for minor illnesses and injuries. Patients describe the staff as amazing, very kind, curious, and compassionate. The medical team takes time to listen, share input, and is very helpful. Visits are incredibly efficient; one patient with a jammed or broken finger had an X-ray and was seen in only an hour on a Sunday evening. Another walk-in waited just 10 minutes. The staff quickly diagnoses conditions like double pneumonia after COVID and flu tests, breathing treatments, and imaging, then sends patients directly to the ER with results already waiting. The nurses and doctors are quick, confident, and have excellent bedside manner. Patients highly recommend this urgent care with no reservations and wish they could be their PCP. The staff fielding calls are professional and compassionate, and the whole experience is very caring and sympathetic.
I called ahead and specifically asked whether I could receive a prescription, and I was told yes. I’ve generally had excellent experiences at this urgent care, which is why this stood out so much.
Once I was brought back, the doctor I saw immediately insisted I needed to go to the emergency room and initially refused to provide the prescription—despite the fact that I was in significant pain and had already been told this could be handled here. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, her tone changed and she then agreed to provide the prescription.

The staff at this Urgent Care are amazing. I thought I had a bad cold; but when I arrived, they quickly diagnosed double pneumonia in both lungs (after a COVID and Flu test, did breathing treatments and imaging) and sent me directly to the ER. When I arrived at the ER 15 minutes later, all my tests results were already there and they were waiting for me. Urgent Care was very caring and sympathetic. I highly recommend this Urgent Care - with no reservations at all. Wish they could be my PCP.
I usually don’t write reviews, but have received such excellent care at this urgent care that I want to put in a good word. I have been here for myself and my son. Both times I called in advance of coming in and the staff fielding calls are professional and compassionate. Once there, the medical team takes the time to listen, share input and is very helpful. Both visits were also incredibly efficient and was pleasantly surprised knowing how busy urgent care locations can get.
