Edit: They did finally refund us our money. We will never use this place again. Their overseas billing department triple-charged me when I called in a payment, and even after requesting and receiving screenshots of my account with the three identical charges, as well as other requested pieces of info, such as my bank transaction ID numbers, etc., I was told they can't see any of the charges, and there is nothing they can do. Unbelievable. I have been working with them for almost two weeks on this. No one at the actual on-site office will take accountability - they just tell me to call the complaint line (which is simply another overseas line). My only recourse now will be to dispute the charges. I am happy to amend this review if SOMEONE can take responsibility here and get me my refund.
