So,I know Nurses R Busy? I only took my mom here, Because We Love Ohio Health & see several Drs here,
I took my mom here,last night Friday;6/7/2024. They kept her, due to her heart!!
It's Sat.morning Started @8:00a.m I've been calling cant reach my mom or ANYONE on the 5th floor nurses station? to answer the phone! WOW; I even explained to the Receptionist the issue & the girls basically were like all I can do is transfer the call? I just don't think that,all my years experience with Ohio Health that,this is how they treat people.
This hospital takes great care of my dad anytime he has to go there… which is pretty often unfortunately. But they are always helpful to help me locate or help me push my dad in a wheelchair. Or anything else he needs to make him comfortable. I’d recommend them anywhere. And that you for a great and compassionate staff. These times are not easy but it’s a blessing knowing great doctors down to the janitors are taking care of my dad anytime he comes. Thank you.
The staff provided exceptional care, particularly Dr He, Dr Styer and Kaylee the nurse. I came in after a seizure and then left against AMA, but then returned after better understanding the intent. I can be a very difficult patient, but they treated me with great respect. I will always use this facility. This staff has great teamwork, intelligence, and patience.
