It is True, someone said u have to literally wait for a provider to pick up your child case. We came around 12:30pm and it is 2:00pm and we are just sitting here in the back room while doctors and nurse just sit out in the hall typing away. I asked how long it would be they said a doctor had picked up my daughter’s case and that they couldn't give me a time. We will not be back! My doctor’s office even warned me!

Take the extra 10 or 15 minutes to go to the main location. This place is a joke!!! Over 3 hours wait and still waiting for my 3 months old to be seen. 4 hours later, still no clue as to why my baby is in so much discomfort.

The wait time for this location is consistently terrible and tilt takes way too long to be seen. That’s even if you have an appointment. Currently, my daughter and I have been here for 45 minutes and still haven’t seen the doctor yet. This tends to happen at every single appointment. I wonder if the rest of the close to home centers are as bad as this one. The only reason we still come here is because it’s closest to where we live but I’m going to look into other options. This is ridiculous. It shouldn’t take 1 hour to receive a simple Depo shot.
