Wonderful experience! Receptionist, Nurse and Doctor were all kind, helpful and as friendly as any office I've ever been to. They inquired about more than just my injury, didn't try to push any unnecessary medications or vaccinations, and got me in and out quickly.
I run a shop in New Albany and sometimes we have boo boos, this is always where I take my team to get taken care of. They are understanding, quick and caring. I wouldn't leave a teammate somewhere I wasn't comfortable they wouldn't be taken care of. I have no worries here.
I had a really great experience here. They were quick and friendly. The nurse and assistant took all my information and gave me a COVID test. The NP WAS WONDERFUL. She listened to me and diagnosed me quickly. She discussed medications and they were sent to my pharmacy quick. Thank you!
I will say, I did have an appointment. I called and they had one in about 20 min, where OSU had a 90 minute wait. I’m not sure if an appointment is required or not. That would be advertised better if so.
