Bob came out to inspect the unit and, after a thorough evaluation, explained that due to the advanced age of both my furnace (35+ years) and AC unit (25+ years), a full replacement would be more cost-effective than repairs. His honesty and expertise were greatly appreciated.

Bob provided a detailed, all-inclusive quote for a new furnace and AC system. After reviewing the proposal, I felt confident moving forward and scheduled the installation.

On the day of the install, Bob and Noah arrived right on time and got straight to work. Despite encountering a few unexpected challenges, they handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, completing the job in a timely manner. “We contacted the team at G.W. Gill Plumbing and Heating due to an issue with our hot water tank. I greatly appreciated working with a real team member on the phone and not having to input information into AI to talk to someone about our problem. We initially left a voicemail and got a call back within 15 minutes and scheduled a time for a team member to come out to help diagnose the problem. Logan worked assiduously to detect the problem, but unfortunately, we needed to replace the tank. The pricing to replace the hot water tank was very fair and reasonable, especially because we needed a specific size.

Logan and Devin came out a few days later to replace our hot water tank. Our tank is in a small space, but they worked diligently to safely remove the tank.I cannot say enough good things about working with Devin and Logan. They took the time to go the extra mile, making sure everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. They went above and beyond, thoughtfully considering even the little things that could affect our tank, which gave us complete confidence in their work. They were also extremely knowledgeable and were able to explain things thoroughly.
