“The overall experience was good. The lady who received the service call was extremely kind and helpful (top notch) I think her name was Carmen, but if not she was quite a beautiful soul. I appreciated her customer service immensely. The technician (Samuel) was Ok, he came out to diagnose the problem and he did the work a couple of days later. So far so good. The gas furnace is working now (it's only been a few days), but will update. I was taken aback by one particular thing which I found a bit disturbing. After the initial inspection and diagnosis one of the problems was a dirty filter amongst other things (e.g. gas valve, etc.) However, I was quite taken aback when upon completion of the job just before leaving the technician says that the filter still needs to be replaced. 1,500 dollars and can't find it within you to replace a filter? If it was due to the extra 14 bucks to purchase a 3 pack of filters 1,514 wouldn't have been too much of a stretch. It somehow had the essence of incompleteness and pettiness. But again overall 4 star.“

“I had my furnace start emitting a burning smell and not heat. He was able to come out the same day. He also took the time to educate me about furnaces which I appreciated very much. He was able to get everything back up and running with a pretty simple fix. Ill definitely be using his services in the future for any hvac needs I have.“
