Kenny did one better—-he dropped what he was doing , and 20 minutes later, he appeared in person to show me how to reset the thermostat for the next time we lose power. He absolutely refused to send me a bill for his time and effort——-what other service company does that?——none that I have ever experienced.

My point: when you have an issue, Smylie One comes out immediately and repairs the problem——even for first time callers!
