NPs and PAs come and go, and I have never seen any of the other physicians, but he is by far in the top 1% of ALL doctors I have met or interacted with over the years in different capacities: as a patient, parent, and pharma and medical device rep! He and his team built an incredibly efficient practice that delivers quality and personal care for very complex medical conditions. There are not many healthcare providers we can count on to know not only how long our visit will be as a patient, but also that we will get the care and treatment we need. Though I knew the day was coming when the practice would eventually sell to a larger system, it continues to run efficiently. Despite the corporate name on the new signage, as long as Kevin is still practicing I will be remain a patient. Sadly, I know retirement will come, but until it does I will rest assured that management and refills and coordination of my care will be handled in a timely and professional manner continually.“

“Oak Street Medical the staff treated me as family. It makes a sick person smile. The doctor took the time to go over each of my medications and give the side effects of them. She pointed out that it's not good to have too much magnesium. And being a Certified Medical Assistant myself, said those with low magnesium have congestive heart failure. She looked surprised that I knew that. So she left that alone. Overall a very good experience.“

She helped me get an appointment situation figured out at the busy end of the year when we had to change an appointment due to a medical emergency. . She was very kind and sympathetic. I did not care for my interaction with a call center prior to that, who obviously had not addressed my issue. With so many great people at this office, I’d like to see the impersonal call center job be given to a new hire physically at the office. Other than that, great professional experience.“
