Hartville Family Physicians provides comprehensive medical care for the whole family, including well visits, vaccines, physicals, urgent care, and treatment for illness. I have been a patient here for years. The service has significantly gotten worse over time. Now you’re treated like you are interrupting a private party they are having with the music, staff laughing & carrying on or generally acting like teenagers. The only reason I stay is because it’s close to my home and I can usually be seen quickly if needed. I generally feel like they don’t care and it shows.
Double standards you have to reschedule if you’re 10 minutes late, but it’s OK that you don’t see the nurse practitioner for 40 minutes after your appointment time ; they then say they have the rest of the day to send in your prescription to pharmacy
I haven't had any issues with the office at all. They have communicated all needs with me, worked around my hectic schedule and made sure to get me back to a good place after over a year without health insurance. Brooke has helped me turn my life around simply my shooting straight and being supportive.
