Double standards you have to reschedule if you’re 10 minutes late, but it’s OK that you don’t see the nurse practitioner for 40 minutes after your appointment time ; they then say they have the rest of the day to send in your prescription to pharmacy

I haven't had any issues with the office at all. They have communicated all needs with me, worked around my hectic schedule and made sure to get me back to a good place after over a year without health insurance. Brooke has helped me turn my life around simply my shooting straight and being supportive.

My mother might die because of their incompetence. She had bloodwork done, warranting further testing but her doctor is on leave so she was sent to Hartville Physicians with an Emergency CT scan order for her kidneys. Her mother died of Kidney issues, at the age My mother is now. HARTVILLE found lumps on her kidenys in CT scan. She was told that she needed an ultrasound to determine the type of lumps. That was over a week ago. She has called Everyday. Everyday. Nothing. Her insurance company told my mother that since the CT order was labeled an emergency, they rushed it.
