Many reviews highlight the friendly and helpful office staff, noting that the physicians and nurse practitioners are skilled and make patients feel valued. Patients appreciate the efficient appointment scheduling and the great bedside manner of the staff.
However, some reviews mention challenges, such as long hold times when calling the office and issues with staff turnover, which may affect continuity of care. The clinic’s physical environment is described as clean but outdated, indicating a need for improvements, especially in the waiting area. Despite these concerns, patients express a strong sense of satisfaction with the care received and feel treated like family. Overall, Massillon Family Practice is recommended for its dedication to patient education and preventive health practices, making it a reliable choice for families in the area.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. My late afternoon appointment fit in with my work schedule. Dr Simonson as always, was thorough and answered all my questions. He is easy to talk to and stops and listens. He’s prepared for my visit as he recalls past conversations. Overall very happy with the care he is providing.
I see Dr. Simonson and feel that he is listening to my concerns and very helpful. I talked to Cathy the day before to make an appointment and she was very friendly and helpful. Today, She checked me out after I had seen Dr. Simonson and again, very friendly and helpful.
It is always a pleasure coming here!! The staff is Great....But I definitely want to give a shout out to the girls up front!!! They basically run the show, all the magic begins with them.. 🤗 Ashlyn, Cathy, Becca, Kelsi thank you so much for all you do!!! ❤
