My experience with Absolute Care has raised some concerns, particularly regarding the front desk. The overall atmosphere does not consistently reflect the level of professionalism and respect that should be expected in a healthcare setting.

There seem to be ongoing issues with communication and how individuals are treated upon arrival. In particular, interactions with the front-end manager, Connie Furby, have come across as dismissive and unhelpful, which makes an already important visit feel unnecessarily uncomfortable.

I actually never made it to the facility. They said transportation would be provided by them. Well, it seems that was a lie. I'm in a powered wheelchair and they only use Lyft and Uber so I am being discriminated against because I'm in a wheelchair but anyone NOT IN A WHEELCHAIR can get a ride. A company treating disabled patients this way is NOT a company I want to deal with. And if I could get away with it I would leave them ZERO stars.
