When I read some of the comments left by others at this VA facility... I often wonder if they were really here.
I always receive a friendly greeting and rarely is my wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time.
Care is wonderful.... I love the VA.
Overall I prefer this facility to other VA clinics near me. Small but offers many services such as primary care, radiology, cardiology, lab, mental health, pharmacy, physical therapy, sleep clinic, and more. I've been coming here for 14+ years and grateful for the many services they provide. Mental health has awesome doctors that truly care for their patients. The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 are for these reasons: one issue is parking, there have been many times the lots are packed full and have had to park on a side street and walk over. Not a big deal, just sucks when it's raining or snowing and have to trudge thru the streets to get to my appointment....read full review
I’ve always heard bad things about the Va in the past but I was approved for the first time in October of 2025 and honestly I was blown away by the care and attention given to me. Everyone has been exceptionally nice and very professional. I go to the Akron VA and I’m extremely pleased so far
