I did not care for my interaction with a call center prior to that, who obviously had not addressed my issue. With so many great people at this office, I’d like to see the impersonal call center job be given to a new hire physically at the office. Other than that, great professional experience.“

“The nurse was friendly and gentle with my head wound. Dr. Dang was too! I had never had a staple before (not even stitches, consciously), so when he got the staple gun out, I was terrified. He was super patient with me but he was also very quick at his service. Therefore, I didn’t have much time to panic 😆 It honestly didn’t hurt at all, I was shocked. I’m thankful for his good bedside manner, and his understanding of my fear in this simple procedure. Not looking forward to having it removed but I’m sure it will feel about the same.
