I had an appointment for MRI and tons of Xrays. I am completely satisfied from the check-in thru to check out. It's rare at any business to see everyone smiling and pleasant. They were eager to help. I accidentally got dropped off at the wrong entrance. Instead of me having to walk all the way around the outside of the building, the girls at emergency stat care entrance got me a wheelchair and pushed me thru just to help me out. I wouldn't have made it on my cane. I was struggling. They even helped me to sign in at kiosk. When they called my name, it went smooth throughout this whole process. Thank you soo much. A great facility for elders! I was there taking my neighbor for an appointment, and what a beautiful facility with such friendly people. They have great little tables/areas for waiting on patients who are exercising or getting therapy, etc. So I like going with him (he is blind, I drive him every week) because its just a great friendly environment. Very clean. Very clean!!!! I mean, really, for the amount of people in and out of there, WOW. Just goes to show when people care, it impacts the environment too. I had a sleep study done here and I will say the team in the sleep study is outstanding. they took the time to make sure I was comfortable for my study. I highly recommend Aultman North for sleep studies
