Dr. Ibrahim is amazing! He’s very attentive and listens to your concerns. He does everything he can to make you feel comfortable. He really seems to care about his patients. Also very quick to respond to any messages you send on MyChart.

We've seen Dr. Ibrahim for about 5 years when they moved from North Canton stat care to the newer Portage location.

Never had an issue with scheduling over this time, we don't miss or be late for appts, as a patient that goes a long way for your healthcare team to help YOU.

Never had an issue with time in the office as scheduling always asks what I need to discuss so they can budget time for my visit. Thinking of new things or forgotten questions puts a strain on everyone so please write down all your concerns and then share them with scheduling so time can be budgeted for all your medical concerns.

Never had rude or condescending treatment.

It's pointless to go here. I came for two very obvious problems that are directly related. Both were overlooked. I was told to come back for a cholesterol test , to treat a bite wound. A bite wound that doesn't go away due to an infection that has been present for months.
The moment they found out I was on psychiatric medication they started to treat me as subhuman and pretty much shuffled me out the door. With no treatment , advice or recommendations for another option.
