This was a difficult two day installation. Beto had to call in extra help to finish in two days. The original Friday date was cancelled by Empire because of van breakdown. Jenny needs to have a better understanding of the time to install. Excellent final installation. The front door sticks and must be addressed.
The installers were very professional and willing to answer any questions about the installation process. They cleaned up after the installation and made any changes that were requested.
Purchasing our new flooring from Empire has been an excellent experience. Joshua provided the guidance and information that we needed to make the best floor selection for us. He was very friendly and professional. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent, professional job. The team, led by Pedro, were so hardworking. We were impressed with their attention to detail. Thank you for an excellent experience. We will recommend Empire to our friends and family and call again for any of our future flooring needs.
