Service tech name is Paul and the first thing he did was ask what the symptoms were then checked the age of the opener. The broken part was internal and the age was 30+ years, so we discussed probability of other opener failing soon also. I elected to replace 35 year old openers with today's technology and say goodbye to all my problems. Installing both doors only took 2 hours, great install, great service tech, great nights sleep.
These guys are awesome. I have used them at my home 2 times in the last couple of years. Once for a motor install and once for general maintenance. Leo is a great tech who called me before his arrival and did a great service. I appreciate them never trying to upsell anything unnecessary and being straight shooters. There is a lot of sleaziness in this industry, so you want to find the diamonds in the rough. I highly recommend this business if you need anything to do with your garage! 10/10
I had called on Memorial Day about an issue with my garage door and by 8:00a the next morning I had already gotten an appointment scheduled. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of professionalism this company has then I don’t know what will! The team that was here could not have been more kind, helpful or professional. 10 out of 10, 5 stars, and then some!
