A couple days prior to the appointment she reached out to get an idea on what my hair currently looks like and what was previously done to make sure everything would be right for the appointment which i thought was amazing. “Kat is fabulous. She makes you feel like the most important person in the room when you walk in for a hair cut. She asked me a bunch of good questions like, how long do I want to spend doing my hair, how often I wash it, if I had any concerns about dry scalp or frizz or thinning. Kat encouraged me to also show her pictures of what I did and didn't like so she could target the look I wanted. She took this all into account to give me a great cut and style. And then walked me through how to recreate the look at home. I recommend her skills and talents to everyone.“
