“I am nearing my 71st birthday and had a knee replacement. Today was the start of my 4th week of PT. Jordan and Sarah have been fantastic and they have personalities that makes it a lot less of a chore to complete 45 minutes of rigorous therapy. I am already at zero extension and bending my knee is 115. I do a lot of at home PT, but when I’m at Total Fitness they have me doing things that bring results, that I can't get at home. They deserve the 5 stars I am giving them. Oh, and I like the atmosphere.“

“So the dumbbells are completely falling apart here and as noted on other reviews, much of the equipment is not functional.
I have mentioned this several times to the employee(s) who seem only concerned about making more sales calls on the phone. Last September they suddenly closed their Maumee location and there are tons of red flag indicators at this location. I will be totally shocked if this gym is still open in 6 months!!
