Challenge Yourself Crossfit
“I love Challenge Yourself Fitness! Dennis (owner and coach) has created an incredible fitness community. I started strength training (for the first time) at 15 weeks pregnant and went through 39 weeks. My workouts were a huge part of my successful pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Friends and family heard me talk about CYF so much that they’ve joined and love it now, too! The gym offers challenging classes in a positive and inclusive environment. Major perks: variety of exercises - everyday offers a new workout, bringing and including my kids, supportive community, variety of classles, actually wanting to go to the gym!”
4 Elements Performance L.L.C.
“I've been working with Emily at 4 Elements Performance for 3 years now, and it's been such a positive experience. Not only have I enjoyed learning a variety of exercises and using different equipment, but I've also gained confidence, improved my health, and continued to build strength. Emily has been amazing to work with—she consistently pushes me to step outside my comfort zone and helps me achieve things I never thought I could do. I always look forward to every session with her. Additionally, I've taken classes with other instructors at the gym, and it's been great! The community at 4 Elements Performance is supportive and motivating, and there's a joy in exercising here that I haven't found at any other gym. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a welcoming and encouraging environment to work out in!”
