Publicly accessible gym facilities with steam room, sauna, locker rooms, walking/jogging track, and pool. You can also book massages and personal trainers. They run fitness programs as well.Facilities are clean and cared for by promedica as some of the gym area is part of their physical therapy programs. Pool is heated and likely saltwater as far as my experience can tell.Price is more than what you're going to pay at other gyms in toledo. You do need to agree to a full year of membership before a month to month payment plan. But it is the only gym style facilitie with pool that I know of. And if you're an employee of promedica, you will get a discount.

I purchased 2 months right after physical therapy to continue working out my new knee. The facility and equipment were kept very clean and love the people I’ve interacted with. The parking lot is well lit at night and I noticed they have security there. I always felt safe going alone. The photos of the gym are no longer accurate though. The downstairs is physical therapy while the gym was moved upstairs. It’s a lot smaller now and not as many machines but I never had an issue finding a machine that wasn’t in use. I thought about becoming a member but I can’t consciously pay over 70 dollars a month. Nothing personal. I would however, still recommend this place...read full review

I love that it offers a variety of classes for all ages and modifications so anyone with injury can still do the classes with their own pace. The instructors are so knowledgeable and very helpful and they answer promptly any question you ever have.
