Thanks to Renegade for helping me to recover more quickly than predicted from surgery (9/4/2025) to repair a longitudinal split tear to my peroneus brevis tendon, peroneus longus tendon and a calcanel osteotomy to address both. Before surgery trainers helped me prep for time out of the gym.
After the surgery, they were fantastic. They were knowledgable and attentive, discussing needs and limitations to prepare plans supporting recovery. During workouts trainers were observant, ensuring movements were doable, and making modifications when needed.

I was impressed with the trainer who did my initial asessment. I have been to several other gyms where the trainer may have passed the in-house video training, but didn't really know much about physiology. Renegade has trainers that can be trusted with instruction to improve health, in a safe manner.
There was no pressure to sign up after a trial period.
I have been attending group workouts at Renegade for 6 years. The reason I come back year over year is that the programs Renegade offers help me build stability and muscle that aid in recovery and injury prevention.
The Renegade community is awesome. The coaches care, are knowledgeable, and make sure your form is correct. Ownership is very involved in the community as well. I have made friends at the gym and we have fun pushing each other.
I just finished my first 100 mile gravel race. I recovered in a day and was back in the gym on Monday. This is a testament to the program. You learn how to build up to the big stuff a little at a time!
