I went in for alterations and instead of making even a minor adjustment and taking my money, the lady was honest and said it didn’t need any alterations! She said all it needed was a steam! So grateful for honest people like that - I am happy to pay for a steam! Great service from good people. Definitely will be back for any alterations that I should actually need and any dry cleaning in the future.

Dawn was easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly prior to the appointment. I had a one hour prenatal massage, and she was great at working with tension throughout the body. There was a very calm and safe atmosphere in the office. I would definitely recommend and come back!
I loved the puppies the greeted me and the fact that they had a phone stand and chargers which I found unique. They were very catered toward if I felt uncomfortable at all. I wish I asked for another coat but that’s on me!

I felt very well cared for! Highly recommended. Particular shoutout to my surgeon Dr. Helen O’Connell who was so gentle during the operation, I am in minimal pain today and am feeling great. 5 stars!

Mary did my haircuts and highlights throughout high school and college, but I have lived away from Toledo for nearly 20 years. Now that I'm living back in the area, I was excited to get back to Mary for a highlight and cut. She did an incredible job (AGAIN!). My hair is very thick and coarse, and she's always been able to cut and color it beautifully.
My husband used the app to get us in line and by the time we actually made it there we were 2nd in line. We were there for 2 kids cuts to get ready for going back to school. The stylists were very nice and welcomed us as so as we came in and asked for our name. Both of the kids were taken back pretty quickly and both stylists double checked with me after the kids told them what they wanted. Both haircuts turned out well and both kids were very happy with the final results. I also took advantage of their product sale to stock up on a few favorites. The product area was neat and organized and everything was well marked with pricing. I also appreciated that they asked me if it was ok to offer a sucker to the kids before actually doing so. We limit sugar so some days I don't allow candy, and this is always helpful to avoid an argument or meltdown over not getting a sucker. We will definitely be back for our next trim/ cut.

Leigha’s been cutting my hair for years. She does awesome. Yesterday we had her cut my daughter’s(7) and son’s(3), she was great with the kids, very engaging and made them feel comfortable. Both their cuts turned out as expected and pricing is better than the “kid” specific places around town.

Wow!!! We just bought an old home, and insurance needed us to get rid of the remaining knob and tube wiring in the house. These guys gave us a super reasonable price compared to the other companies that we got quotes from. They also were super thorough with the estimate compared to the other companies. And they did such a good job!! Everyone throughout the whole process was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend these guys!

Dr. Jen is a very knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly, responsive veterinarian. She listens well to concerns about my pets. Dr. Jen thoroughly investigates and researches symptoms and diseases. She is even knowledgeable about cat whisperers. She has taken care of my Tonkinese kitties for over 10 years.
We had an emergency with our 2-year-old cat, Neela, on Saturday. Our regular vet was closed, and the emergency clinic wasn’t open yet. After calling several local offices, this one was the only place willing to see us — and I’m so glad they did!
They got us in right away, and the visit was much more affordable than an emergency clinic. Dr. Emily was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything she found. She even addressed another health issue that our regular vet had never offered treatment options for. The vet tech was just as wonderful — attentive, knowledgeable, and so caring toward both Neela and us.
Because of this experience, we’re switching all of our pets’ care to this office permanently. I can’t recommend them enough!
